Omi terms of use
Play fairly. Enjoy the game.
These terms govern your use of Omi Sri Lankan Card Game.
Effective date: September 25, 2026.
Agreement
By downloading or using Omi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Using Omi
Omi provides a digital version of the Sri Lankan partnership card game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of the platform from which you downloaded it.
You may not attempt to interfere with the app, its advertising or analytics services, security, availability, or normal operation; reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it; or use the app to violate another person’s rights.
Gameplay and availability
Computer-player behaviour, scoring, features, and availability may change as Omi is improved. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or operating-system version.
Advertising and third-party services
Omi may display advertising and use third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads and Firebase. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Details about information handling and your available choices are provided in the Omi Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Omi, its software, artwork, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Omi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple users
If you downloaded Omi from Apple’s App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The current terms and effective date will remain available at this address. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
